Been a while since we've had a thread about our current craft projects, just wondering what everyone is working on?

I've just finished the testing phase on a couple of new knitting patterns, big relief to get those finished off, and have also finished making a couple of dresses this week.

Got to decide what to start next week, have a good opportunity to knit on a train ride to Edinburgh and back midweek, but haven't worked out what I fancy starting yet.

What is everyone else up to?

I have a latch hook and some canvass, quite excited to start playing. I am following a simple flower pattern at the moment, using yarn, but I have other ideas too.

Well this afternoon its Rag Rugging as we have a workshop on, this morning trying to get a weaving loom sample done for the shop, got a beach bag to finish painting for an up and coming workshop and next weeks watercolour painting lesson to get done as well, then a pinwheel quilted cushion for the quilting workshop, and I want to get an extreme knitting project on the go for a workshop in June,
Then my own stuff far too many works in progress, I am crocheting big squares to use are chilly blankets fo when we have out door get togethers, a great way of using up the yarn mountain, have several needlework projects on the go got a little to finish on my hardanger and blackwork, and a pair of socks of socks there is only a little left to do.
I am just addicted to craft and have lots on the go

This afternoons rag rugging

I'm halfway through a shrug for me in New Lanark Mills yarn (that lovely dark purpley blue) and I'll be writing up the pattern.

Trying to keep it to one project at a time. Currently working on a pair of shoe laces for hubby, using a brading wheel. Learnt it off a lady when I first went up to Orkney, very simple but very useful.

Finishing off the last sleeve in a jumper that I'm knitting for the OH (and have been for about three years). Should finish it in the next month or so. Then I plan to do a hand sewing project. Denim sun glasses case. And after that I intend to make a paracord belt.

I've a pair of socks to finish. Then I want to make a little quilted surface-protector pad for my stove top kettle. Also have curtains to make. And cushion covers.

just about to start the toe shaping on the first pair of socks I have ever knitted on 4 needles, in 4 ply.
I am so pleased that, by simply following the pattern exactly, I have turned the heel and it looks like a sock now !

so then I have the other sock to make, then a pair for Mr RJ and then I can start on my shawl

I'm doing:
a rainbow coloured mitre square blanket for my son
socks in BFL
a jumper made out of mini mitre squares of natural dyed own wool
jumper from noro wool i bought 4 years ago and have had to frog for the second time
mitre square blanket from scrap sock yarn (I'm a bit into mitre squares at the mo)
a crochet granny square cushion from natural dyed own wool
a crochet sunhat in cotton
an ongoing scrumble project

I'm also doing some wet felting on and off

and dreaming of some sewing time.

not enough craft time allocated. dang veg growing and animal rearing and arranging life so i have to !
