That's interesting! Maybe I've got a bit twitchy about it with coeliacs in the family and having to read labels on tins etc!

You'll need to watch out for oats too!

Other problem - people do confuse corn, as in maize, which is glutenfreee, and wheat which, obviously is not. The number of people who refer to wheat as corn ...
