Hello AnnieK, I've got one that has a bald patch on the side of her neck at the moment, she seems fine in herself though and feathers are growing back now.

I use a sponge method for yeast bread too, it gets a wonderful texture.

Avocado is also good served with a tomato and chilli type of relish. I love them, but they're usually sold under ripe or total mush.
