I've been making flour with mine. Processed about 6lb so far, and should store for a good few months. Not that I can see it lasting that long.

According to the recipe I followed it should be done about now. I actually cut the end off to see what it looked like inside.

Dinner was good. Cut the puffer into slices (soldiers) and coated in seasoned beaten egg and fried. Served with soft boiled eggs and asparagus.
