Will be sheep netting / barbed wire. Just acquired a load of cherry, damson & apple trees to plant out the dead space.

got impatient, just tried one, not enough co2 yet, but it fizzed when opening and it tastes good, expect it will only improve, almost barley wine, quite sweet for a stout and 9.4%

Beer is down to 1.003, however was loaded with sugar syrup to get the original gravity up (1.073), needs bottling now and is still slightly sweet to taste.
Is 1.003 enough sugar for a secondary ferme ...

Doing more juice so these are kind of redundant, the smaller batch cider is going into 120l barrels so have 2 x 300L tanks and 1 x 530l tanks for sale. All variable capacity lids.
