Well it is made.
The coffee grounds were probably too fine to do anything but bulk it out and turn it a chocolate colour.
I added vert slightly ground sea salt and it works a treat.

I have made an apple and green tomato chutney.
It is too sweet.
It doesn't need more vinegar.
I have let it down with water and added more chilies.
Anything else I can do?

We had solar panels installed in 2011.
It was a lease agreement, we didn't pay anything.
We get to use the energy created and the company get the money for the surplus pumped into the grid.
