Thanks everyone. I'm going to try to getta hold of some spelt flour.

Meanwhile, I chucked in some oregano, marjoram, garlic and tomato puree. Smells nice, anyway.

I've done all the basic stuff - white loaf, wholemeal, brown etc etc.

Has anybody got an interesting bread I could try in the bread maker?

You don't have to keep 'em in a shed all the time. Just let 'em roam around the garden during the day and give 'em a nice cosy shed that they can perch in on a night and I am sure they will get the ...
