ah! right!
was there not some chat quite a few pages back about doing this to kill the yeast rather than use a camden tablet? So would it be just to heat it up a bit to kill the yeast? |

So I'm thinking...
what if I do it with 4 cartons, ferment it out completely then boil it to kill the yeast and add the 5th carton to sweeten.
Can anyone see any problems with that? It'll be flat I ... |
