| I reckon 50% up front and 50% on completion, even for very small jobs, is fine, as is paying for all materials up front. I can't imagine that many people would be unhappy with that sort of arrangement ... |

| Sounds like there would be no problem: 270 yards away seems like plenty. Maybe limit inspections to when the kids aren't at school, but this is probably unnecessarily cautious. . |
