After roobarb's post this morning, I fancied a little bit of a day dream online at properties/land, is there anywhere anyone can recommend for such a jaunt?

Most of the usual suspects for property are a bit naff for searching for properties with land, herrumph.

This one used to be quite good, but there isn't much on at the moment.

Try this one and this one for around here.

horsedata.co.uk has a section on estate agents that deal with equestrian property (i.e somewhere with a bit of land). When we were looking I found that primelocation was pretty good for finding estate agents with properties with land.

Wow, there is some great stuff there at very, very good prices. I could trouser £100k and get an extra 5 acres.

Any areas in particular?

I can look up the local agricultural land agents for our area if you like.

Bloomin' eck, perhaps it won't be as long as 10 years till we make the move afterall

I suppose that's the benefit of living in an expensive area (well, there had to be some) and moving away.

Oh, not to worry, Alison, it is just daydreaming at the moment afterall

Paul's having a shitty time of things at work at the moment, so I want to dig out that plan over the weekend, and give him some focus again, the one we made while we were down yours in fact!

I will

He's really looking forward to his weekend, he worked 32 hours over the last one, and will be doing the same over the next one

I've booked us a meal out tomorrow night, and hopefully we can be out in the garden most of tomorrow, that'll cheer him up. Bloody cold here today though!
